If any male attacker tries to hurt you in any way just use your finger and press the area marked yellow.It will make him difficult to breathe no matter how strong the attacker is he will stay away.
 

 

Many personal item from your pocket or purse can be used as a defensive weapon, like a comb! Press the teeth above your attacker’s upper lip as hard as you can; test this on yourself and see how painful it is!

 

If you grab your opponent’s shirt collar, push back then jerk forward, this will disengage their
shoulders, opening up their arms for your incoming headbutt.

 

The benefits of using elbow strike. Closer effective striking range than punching. The point of 
your elbow may open up cuts on your opponent’s face/head, potentially blinding them with their
own blood. A hard enough  allow strike to an opponent’s temple can cause immediate unconsciousness or even death.

 

Cup your hands and slam your palm into opponent’s ears to send in a blast of air, pressurizing the ear canal. This stuns them by throwing off their equilibrium.Hit hard and fast enough and you can even rupture their eardrum! Either way,it will give you the time to choose between further fighting, or flight.

 

Don’t try to beat a wrist hold by pulling away from your attacker.Instead, rotate your wrist so your thumb lines up with where your attacker’s thumb meets his fingers and jerk sharply by bending your arm at the elbow.

 

Trust the sole of your foot towards the attacker’s knee to incapacitate him or her, buying you just enough time to book it. You have higher success rate because unlike the face and groin region, the knee is nearly impossible to block,and people generally need a working set of legs to chase someone down.
